Development Team Leader c. £40k.
As the largest dedicated reseller of Infor financial system products we are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader for our Development department. With the ability to supervise a small team and advise on advanced application development tasks eg C#, .NET, C++, you will be able to communicate with senior IT and Finance personnel, end users and other internal and external clients and present project plans and solutions both internally and externally. With a commercial understanding in order to capture technical requirements and document them accordingly you will have proven ability to plan, organise and manage priorities and workloads and manage multiple Development projects through the full project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in an IT or Business Studies discipline with a minimum of five years experience coding in C# and proven successful project management experience. You will also possess strong operational leadership in software development product development delivery and QA process (at least two years), be technically authoritative and have excellent communication and problem solving skills together with a broad up to date technical skill set.
The successful candidates will be part of a busy department within a dynamic, expanding Watford based company.
